I am writing to let you know
my initial experiences with drinking the NLLW. About 15 minutes ago,
I drank 4 ounces of the NLLW finished water and then sat down in my
chair to see if I would notice any changes in my body/being. Within
a few minutes of drinking the water, I felt a pleasant warming sensation
in the center of my chest. As I continued to sit and observe my body,
I noticed that the warmth seemed to deepen and radiate to the rest
of my body and being. The sense of warmth was accompanied by an overall
sense of Well-Being, which bordered on mild euphoria. This water was
definitely affecting me energetically at a very deep level of my being.
Thanks for making available such a great product.
The Benefits of Minerals
BORON is an essential mineral for bone calcification. It is necessary for cartilage repair and formation, and can affect the calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus levels in the body. It plays a role in regulating the hormones, especially estrogen. The parathyroid contains more Boron than any other part of the body. Some signs of a Boron deficiency are:
CALCIUM is one of the major essential elements needed in human nutrition. It is needed in every organ of the body, including the brain. It is one of the first things to go out of balance when the diet is inadequate. Called the "knitter," it promotes healing in the body. Some signs of a deficiency are:
CHROMIUM helps regulate metabolism, and insulin and/or blood sugar levels. It helps the body lose weight by stimulating enzymes that metabolize glucose for energy. Chromium deficiency is a major factor in the development of heart disease. Some other signs of deficiency are:
COBALT is important for the function and maintenance of body cells. It is essential for adequate red blood cell formation. Research indicates that it helps with the repair of the myelin sheath, (the membrane around the nerve cells), and increases the effectiveness of glucose transport from the blood into the body’s cells. Some signs of a deficiency are:
COPPER is important to iron metabolism, which is the necessary ingredient to convert iron to hemoglobin. It improves vitamin C oxidation and is integral in the formation of RNA. Copper is also a constituent of many enzyme systems. It’s also beneficial for thinning or graying hair. Copper helps rid the body of worms and parasites. Some signs of a deficiency are:
GERMANIUM facilitates oxygen uptake to the body and helps expel harmful pollutants and arrests germ activity. It is known to stimulate production of natural killer cells and T-suppressor cells. It is used in the treatment of AIDS and cancer, and is a fast-acting painkiller. Some signs of a deficiency are:
GOLD promotes a general euphoric feeling; it helps the body to relax, enhances the body’s natural defenses against illness and promotes vitality and longevity. It has been found to improve glandular functions. It may raise energy levels and may also have anti-inflammatory effects. Some signs of a deficiency are:
IODINE used to make thyroid hormones. The thyroid hormones control many metabolic activities and if there is insufficient iodine in the diet, the result is lethargy and swelling of the thyroid gland in the neck to form a goitre. Iodine restores heat and assists calcium in the repair and building of tissue in the body. It protects the brain and helps neutralize toxins in the rest of the body. Called the "metabolizer," iodine is a vital element to bodily functions.
IRON is called the "energy giver." It attracts oxygen
and builds blood. Iron is required for the formation of haemoglobin
in red blood cells which transport oxygen around the body. A lack
of iron leads to low iron stores in the body and eventually to iron
deficiency anaemia. It is essential for recovery from illness. It
helps the body to rid itself of carbon dioxide and keeps liver tissue
soft. Iron is one of the most common deficiencies in people today.
LITHIUM is used to treat alcoholism, manic depression and mental
MANGANESE is called the "brain mineral." It is important in the utilization of all mental facilities / functions and increases resistance and recuperative ability. Manganese aids in oxygen transfer from lungs to cells. It helps the reproductive organs work properly because of its effects on tissues and nerves; production of sex hormones is aided by manganese, and it can reduce menstrual cramps and PMS. Manganese deficiency has been linked to epilepsy seizures. Some signs of deficiency are:
MOLYBDENUM frees iron stored in the liver so it can carry oxygen to the body cells and tissue. It is instrumental in regulating pH balance in the body and works with enzyme systems to help eliminate toxic nitrogen waste by turning it into uric acid. The uric acid can then be taken as part of urea and flushed out of the system. Molybdenum can reduce the production or counteract the actions of nitrosamines, known cancer-causing chemicals, especially in the colon. Some signs of molybdenum deficiency are:
PLATINUM is used in the treatment of cancer and as a base in some chemotherapeutic treatments in conventional hospitals, although not in the proper or natural form. In the early 1970’s, platinum was used in the dye in x-rays of women’s breasts. Breast lumps reportedly began shrinking and even disappearing after using the dye. Since then, the platinum dye has been replaced with radioactive dyes. Platinum may be effective in killing disease-causing bacteria, fungus, viruses, and helping to boost the immune system. Some signs of deficiency are:
POTASSIUM is called the "alkalizer." It works with sodium to balance body fluids. Potassium helps regulate the heartbeat, and is necessary to move nutrients, wastes, etc., through the cell walls. More of this mineral is needed when the body is under stress, whether physical or mental. It is essential for normal heart rhythm, assists recuperative powers and aids rheumatic or arthritic conditions. It is a natural pain desensitizer. More signs of deficiency are:
SELENIUM acts as an antioxidant and works in relationship with vitamin E in metabolic functions. It is crucial for the proper functioning of the heart muscle and there is evidence that it can help the body fight cancer. It promotes normal body growth, enhances fertility, encourages tissue elasticity, and helps reduce the retention of toxic metals in the body. Some deficiency signs are:
SELENIUM acts as an antioxidant and works in relationship with vitamin E in metabolic functions. Selenium is a component of some of the enzymes which protect the body against damage due to oxidation, and at very high levels can be toxic. Selenium is a building block of one of the body's key antioxidant enzymes, Glutathione peroxidase and is thought to also play a key role in helping immune system cells protect us from invading viruses and bacteria. It is crucial for the proper functioning of the heart muscle and there is evidence that it can help the body fight cancer. It promotes normal body growth, enhances fertility, encourages tissue elasticity, and helps reduce the retention of toxic metals in the body. Some deficiency signs are:
SILICA is a trace mineral that research has shown help heal wounds, build bone and connective tissue, particularly collagen. It also helps prevent premature aging, cardiovascular and Alzheimer’s diseases. When taken orally as a supplement, it can turn back the clock on aging as it revitalizes skin, hair and nails. The latest research shows that Silica plays a powerful roll in promoting overall good health. Also a lack of Silica in the diet has been connected to the onset of numerous degenerative conditions of the body. Some benefits and signs of deficiency are:
SILVER has been used for thousands of years for health care. It is believed that Silver is a systemic disinfectant and works like a secondary immune system. Since Silver kills only bacteria that is anaerobic (nitrogen breathing), the friendly bacteria in the digestive tract are immune to it due to the fact they are oxygen breathing (aerobic). "What we have actually done was rediscover the fact that Silver killed pathogens, which had been known for centuries… when antibiotics were discovered, clinical uses for Silver as an antibiotic were discarded." Robert 0. Becker M.D. Some signs of deficiency are:
SULFUR is known as the "healing" mineral. It is necessary for all basic body metabolisms. It is found in all body proteins and is considered a key ingredient in protein, aiding in all its functions. It is the flexible bond that connects cells, and is found in the lubrication of the joints. It is believed that sulfur can repair the myelin sheath, and it helps with all sorts of allergies. Some signs of deficiency are:
TIN is concentrated primarily in the adrenal glands but is also
found in the liver, brain, spleen and thyroid. It has many chemical
and physical properties similar to carbon, silica, germanium, and
lead. Little is known about the functions of Tin in body.
VANADIUM is believed to help reduce the incidence of heart attack.
Vanadium is a natural blood thinner, regulates the circulatory system,
helps reduce cholesterol levels and buildup, and lowers elevated
blood sugar. When used in combination with chromium, it is found
to be very beneficial in dealing with mineral deficiencies found
in diabetics and hypoglycemics.
ZINC is an anti-bacterial / anti-viral and is found in all the body
fluids. Zinc is present in many enzymes and is required for growth,
tissue repair, immune function, chemical detoxification, and helps
reduce healing time both before and after surgery and for sexual
maturation and function. Zinc deficiency is a common one although,
as an anti-oxidant, it must be in proper balance to assist some 26
enzymes in various functions involving digestion, metabolism, and
